The Family and Life Achievement Center is a Faith-Based Community Development Corporation and outreach ministry receiving our 501C3 designation in 2003. It is established to cultivate economic, business and community development programs that support and enhance the viability of the residents in the Chester-Upland School District vicinity and Delaware County. We have been in existence since 1995 and are an outreach of Kingdom Life Ministries Church.

The Family and Life Achievement Center is designed to enrich and enhance the practical needs of children, youth, women, men and families within the community. It embodies the concept of a holistic approach to service and support. We are created with a mind, body and soul. For us to be balanced in our life and relationships each of these aspects must be addressed. The items of focus range from literacy education in reading, writing, arithmetic and computer technology, including ESL, (English as a Second Language), family and life relationships, those being marriage, parental and community responsibilities.

We also help community residents in the areas of Workforce Development, Career Exploration, Life Skills Education, Senior Support Services and Housing Consultation.This is accomplished by bringing the church, school(s) and community together in partnership to develop accountable safe zones where responsible educational, cultural, recreational and mentoring activities can be fostered.
